Kuwait Document Expiry Tracker
Keep your Civil ID, passport, residency, driving licence and insurance dates in one place. See how many days are left and add a calendar reminder 30 days before expiry. Everything is saved only in your own browser.
How this tracker works
Pick a document type, enter the expiry date shown on the card or in the official portal, and the tracker shows the days remaining. Items turn amber at 90 days and red at 30 days or less, so you have time to renew. The “Add reminder” button downloads a calendar file (.ics) that opens in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook and alerts you 30 days before expiry.
Privacy
Dates are stored in your browser’s local storage on this device. Nothing is uploaded or sent to UniqMont. Clearing browser data removes the list.
Renewal steps are covered in our Civil ID renewal guide and the residency and work visa guide.
Frequently asked questions
Is this connected to PACI or the Ministry of Interior?
No. It is a personal reminder tool. Always confirm your real expiry dates with the official Kuwait government apps and portals.
Will I lose my data?
Data lives in your browser. If you clear site data or change phone, the list is removed, so note important dates elsewhere too.
UniqMont is an independent information website and not a government authority. Confirm important decisions using official sources.
Set reminders before the expiry date
Do not wait until the final day to renew an important document. Processing times, appointments, employer approvals and missing paperwork can delay a renewal. Set more than one reminder and keep a copy of the document details in a secure place.
Useful tracking habits
- Record the document type, expiry date and the official renewal channel.
- Set an early reminder and a second reminder closer to the date.
- Check passport validity and any linked residency or work-permit dates.
- Never share Civil ID numbers, passport scans or one-time passwords with an unverified contact.
This tracker is a personal reminder tool. It does not check government records or submit a renewal application.
