If I resign after 4 years in Kuwait, how much end of service do I get?
Half. Under Article 53, resigning from an open-ended contract after 3 to 5 years pays 50% of your indemnity. It rises to two-thirds after 5 to 10 years and 100% from 10 years. Under 3 years, resignation pays nothing.
Do I get end of service if I resign?
Under Article 53 an employee on an open-ended contract who resigns gets half the indemnity after 3 to 5 years, two thirds after 5 to 10 years and the full amount after 10 years. Under 3 years there is no share.
